Liten is a SaaS URL shortener for creating short links, tracking clicks, building public link pages, running campaigns, and using configured URL safety checks.

Yes. The Free plan supports up to 10 active links, basic click tracking, OAuth sign-in, and safety checks. Free redirects use a waiting experience that may highlight Liten features.

PLUS raises the active-link limit to 100 and adds My Page, 5 pins, and basic 30-day per-link stats. PRO raises the limit to 1,000 and adds direct redirects, manual page link slugs, 50 pins, full analytics, link expiration, password protection, campaigns, a guided UTM builder, up to 50 reusable UTM presets, and eligible verified interstitials.

PLUS is $4.99 / month. PRO is $14.99 / month. You can cancel anytime, and paid access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

No trial. An eligible BR initial paid subscription has a seven-day withdrawal window shown in Billing. US and other markets have no voluntary seven-day guarantee. Mandatory rights remain available through support. If self-service withdrawal is unavailable for a particular contract or window, contact support to review applicable rights.

Create a short Liten URL and share it anywhere. Free and PLUS links use a waiting screen that may highlight Liten features; PRO links can redirect directly when eligible.

PRO supports one exact hostname that you own, such as links.example.com. Add it in My domains, publish the provided CNAME and TXT records with your DNS provider, and wait for ownership and HTTPS validation. The hostname must remain verified and your PRO access active. Disconnecting or losing effective PRO stops those custom URLs and removes their HTTPS registration; your links and analytics remain in Liten. Reconnection requires fresh validation.

PRO can choose manual slugs for links published inside My Page. Custom root short-link issuance is a limited account-targeted rollout, not a transferable or perpetual ownership right.

A public link page is available on PLUS and PRO. PLUS supports up to 5 pinned links; PRO supports up to 50, with the same display, icon and ordering controls. Set a title and subtitle for the page and its sharing previews. My Page lets you copy its URL and preview or download a direct page QR while the page is published.

Yes. PRO accounts can add link expiration and password protection. Password-protected links show an unlock gate before redirecting.

Yes. Authenticated link owners can generate Liten-verifiable QR codes for their own links on any plan. My Page also offers a direct page QR for published pages on eligible plans, currently PLUS and PRO. A page QR has no link verification token or regeneration. Neither type prevents physical replacement of printed QR codes.

Yes. PRO owners can update a link destination after URL validation and safety checks without changing its short URL or Liten-issued link QR. Existing expiration, password and active-state rules still apply.

Yes. With active PRO access, explicitly opt in each eligible link, up to 20. Liten schedules HTTP HEAD checks of its current public destination every 15 minutes on a best-effort basis; checks do not count as clicks. After 3 consecutive decisive failures, you receive an inbox alert and, when your contact email and preferences allow, email. Recovery is announced after 2 consecutive healthy checks.

Checks use no authentication or cookies and cannot access private addresses. HTTP 401/403, 429 and unsupported HEAD responses are inconclusive. Monitoring pauses if your account or link becomes ineligible, or monitoring is unavailable. It does not automatically disable your link and provides no uptime guarantee, SLA or malware verdict.

Yes. Every plan can export owned links and import a validated CSV. Import shows a preview before confirmation and follows current plan, capacity, campaign, and safety rules. It creates new Liten links and does not preserve short slugs, analytics, click history, or provider URLs.

Free users get basic account-level analytics. PLUS users get basic 30-day per-link and public-page stats. PRO users get the full dashboard, owned-link analytics, public-page analytics, richer traffic breakdowns, and observable redirect handoff where applicable.

Campaigns help PRO users group links by date window and timezone, then review campaign-specific analytics and printable reports.

Any plan can shorten a URL that already contains UTM parameters. PRO adds a guided builder for source, medium, campaign, and optional term/content parameters, automatically updates the final destination, and lets you save up to 50 reusable presets. A preset can optionally use a Liten campaign's stable UTM key as the suggested utm_campaign value, but the value remains editable. Presets never rewrite published links, and Liten does not attribute external conversions. Authorized MCP clients can preview UTM destinations and list owned presets under the applicable access, scope, and ownership rules.

The verified creator badge identifies eligible creator accounts using internal trust signals. It is about creator credibility, not a guarantee that every destination is safe.

No. Liten uses protective layers such as URL validation, configured safety checks, blocklists, public reports, and administrative review, but no link platform can guarantee every destination is safe.

Use an available identity provider from the login page. Liten uses OAuth sign-in instead of storing account passwords.

No. Account authentication is handled by your OAuth provider. Link protection passwords, when used, are stored only as hashes.

Liten records operational analytics only for user-owned public surfaces such as short-link redirects, password gates, redirect interstitials, verified interstitials, and @slug public pages. It stores HMAC-pseudonymized IPs plus coarse country, device, browser, OS, primary language, and referrer host data, but not raw IPs, raw user-agent strings, full referrers, query strings, cookies, city, ASN, or screen fingerprints. Google Analytics measures the main public site pages such as home, login, privacy, terms, data deletion, and help. Liten Ads are first-party product placements and do not add third-party advertising tags. These surfaces are not the source of Liten's internal account and link analytics.

You can request account deletion from account settings. Accounts without paid access are deleted through the active deletion flow; accounts with paid access may be scheduled for the current billing period end. If you cannot sign in or need public provider-data guidance, use the User Data Deletion Instructions. An unresolved subscription refund pauses deletion until resolution. Limited financial history may remain afterward.

The public FAQ handles common questions. Logged-in users can use the Support area inside the app when the authenticated support portal is enabled. Support remains a best-effort operational channel and does not have a public SLA.

Use the public link-report flow for abusive short links when available. For email contact, use abuse [at] liten [dot] to, security [at] liten [dot] to, or legal [at] liten [dot] to. Logged-in users can also open a support ticket inside the app.
