By accessing or using Liten you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If applicable law requires you to be older to use the service independently or requires authorization from a parent or legal guardian, you may use Liten only after satisfying that requirement. Liten is not directed to children under 13. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Liten provides URL shortening, click analytics, public link pages, campaign tools, and configured URL safety checks. The Free plan supports up to 10 active links with an interstitial redirect that may show first-party Liten Ads. PLUS supports up to 100 active links, a public link page, up to 5 pinned links, and basic 30-day per-link stats. PRO supports up to 1,000 active links, direct redirects, manual page link slugs, public link pages with up to 50 pins, link expiration, password protection, campaigns, full analytics, and eligible verified-creator interstitials. Paid plans have no trial. Completed subscription charges are not refundable by default, except where mandatory law requires otherwise; cancellation keeps access active until the current billing period ends.
You agree not to create shortened URLs pointing to malicious, phishing, illegal, abusive, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or spam content, and not to bypass safety, rate-limit, billing, or access controls. Liten uses safety checks, blocklists, reports, and administrative review as protective layers, but they do not guarantee that any destination is safe. Violations may result in link disabling, account suspension, or termination.
Accounts are created through OAuth2 identity providers. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately through the security contact listed below if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Liten platform, name, and logo are owned by E50 I.T. You retain full ownership of the destination URLs you create. You grant Liten a limited licence to process and store those URLs solely to provide the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request account deletion from account settings. For accounts without effective paid access, active account data is removed by the deletion flow. For accounts with effective paid access, deletion may be scheduled for the current billing period end. Residual backup copies and limited operational, billing, security, fraud-prevention, abuse-handling, or legally required records may remain until the applicable retention period expires.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liten is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. E50 I.T. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service unavailability, data loss, or content at destination URLs.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through contact email when available, in-app notice, or another reasonable service channel when feasible. Continued use after the effective change date constitutes acceptance.
